Retailer reporting obligations

 

All reporting is online through our secure data portal. The reporting window is open from the 1st to the 15th of each month. Late reporting will halt the collection of waste tyres until your returns are brought up to date.
Retailers must report
Number of tyres

  • Bought, by supplier
  • Sold (if to another business this must be reported so the tyres can be tracked to end of life)
  • Waste (collected) by collector used

Producer reporting obligations

 

Producers report to the PRL and you have the opportunity to share your data securely and confidentially with Repak ELT.

Producers must report

Number of tyres

  • Bought by category
  • Sold by retailer, by category

Tyres with zero rated vEMC must also be reported

Collector reporting obligations

 

All reporting is online through our secure data portal. 

The reporting window is open from the 1st to the 15th of each month. Late reporting may delay the processing of your payments. 

You report the number of tyres each month collected

  • By retailer
  • By category

And the weight sent for processing

  • By waste facility

ATF reporting obligations

 

All reporting is online through our secure data portal.  The reporting window is open from the 1st to the 15th of each month.  Late reporting may delay the processing of your waste collection. 

ATF’s must report

Number of tyres

  • Taken in to your facility on vehicles from general public/from businesses
  • Waste (collected) by the collector used

Recycler reporting obligations

 

The regulations stipulate that a recovery operator must provide the following information for the purposes of reporting to Repak ELT (approved body)

  • National identification code of the authorised recovery operator.
  • Reporting period.
  • Records of all tyres that cross the weighbridge of that recovery operator during the reporting period.
  • Copies of recovery and recycling certificates issued to the collectors during the reporting period.
  • A copy of the Annual Environmental Return submitted by the authorised recovery operator to the National Waste Collection Permitting Office.
  • Records of any shipping documents (TFS) for movements of waste tyres outside the state.

If you also collect waste for your facility you must register and report as a collector
